Registration

Registration for classes can be done in-person, online, by phone or by drop off.

DROP OFF

Drop off your completed form during Registration drop off weeks, before the deadline. Early drop off does not guarantee registration into your program. Exact payment for registration can be made by VISA, VISA Debit, Debit, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque (payable to the City of Hamilton). Cheques returned non-sufficient funds (NSF) or any other reason will be assessed an Administration processing fee.

ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS

ASAC now uses Hamilton’s RecConnect on-line registration system. To get to the RecConnect webpage click ‘Start’          https://rec.hamilton.ca/econnect/start/start.asp

NOTE:
1. If you need to apply for a new account, see the link at the top of their page. Enter all the required fields. Be warned that it could take 3-5 days to activate your account.
2. Once activated you will receive a login ID/barcode and a family pin by email or get them from the office after the wait. Use these to login via the green button at the top of their page.
3. You can now begin registration by clicking on “Courses & Lessons” at the top of their page in blue. And selecting the ASAC location.
4. The system uses the 24 hour clock.
5. Also note that registrations are blocked until registration week begins.

 

CONFIRMATION

For drop off or online, your program registration confirmation will be mailed to you shortly following the process. Please check with staff if you have not received your confirmation one week prior to the program start date.
